Poseidon bowed slightly once more and went to fetch his shy, shiny brother. He told him what needed to be done and silently the gold mech made his way over to Sideswipe.
Undeterred by his yelling at all, he stepped forward slowly. "Excuse me?" He asked in a voice that could barely be heard. "If you're having trouble...venting frustrations perhaps I can offer to spar with you...?"

Sideswipe turned and shot a dangerous glare at the intruder, as though he was daring him to attempt to piss him off. He was in no mood for anything. Sure he'd take up sparring any day of week, anytime, anywhere, anyplace. But when he saw the mech and his yellow colours, fury seethed through him like liquid fire coursing through his energon veins.
Without waiting for anything, he threw a punch at the mech's face that connected violently and sent the stranger hurtling towards the wall behind him. "How dare you?" Sideswipe snarled. "How dare you wear that colour in front of me! No one but him deserves to wear it! HE WAS MY BROTHER FOR PRIMUS' SAKE! Nearly everything about you reminds me of him! Go away!"
The burning fury was like a violent storm that was brewing faster than cyclone could possibly burn up. He skated up to the mech, picked him up by the armoured neck collar and looked him square in the optics. "You might not look like him," he growled, "but your colour brings me grief!"

"My apologies..." Solaris said honestly, obviously in pain but his resolve was far from broken and his voice was starting to get tight and just a few tones away from calmly dangerous. "If you wish to take out whatever grief on have on me, I will not protest, but I WILL defend myself."
Just to show his point, he broke free by extending a hand and letting a ball of solid light gather in it before shoving the bright sphere in Sideswipe's chest.

The feeling of a fight eventually forced Sideswipe to forget his grief as the high grade kicked in overtime due to the excitement of being involved in a conflict. However, the surprise of the sphere hitting his chest and knocking him to the ground put a bit of sense back into his thick head.
He shook off the blow and got back to his feet, his bright blue optics glowing with bloodlust once again, but not out of his pain and grief. For the moment he forgot why the colour yellow made him mourn. With his blades unsheathed, he let out a battlecry and lunged towards his opponent, swords flashing with deadly accuracy and many years of experiencing battles.
Skating left and right like a ballerina on his wheeled feet, he released an uppercut towards the mech's chest.
Shock and panic overcame Arcee as she watched the conflict from afar. She'd never seen the mech so aggrovated before, it was like as if he was trying to kill Solaris with everything he had. She turned to Talon, worried, "Can Solaris really look after himself?" she asked. "Sideswipe's a combat instructor! He knows a lot more combat than your son."
High above, perched on top of the roof, a transfalcon screeched.
A cloaked figure quietly walked through the crowds of the Black Market, ignoring all the annoying sounds that affected his acute hearing. He wasn't really interesting in buying things from this place, he was far more interested in seeing for himself what his companion had told him about. The sight of a fight often filled the mech with a sense of knowledge and displeasure, depending on who fought who. But if what his companion had told him was correct, then there was a completely dishonourable fight going on between an Autobot and a Neutral.
The fact that the mech was one of the legendary mechs that had fought in the war before, or that a young mech had challenged him to knock off some of the affect-effects from the high grade made the cloaked figure nervous. Determined to put a stop to this before someone got hurt, he hurried onwards.

"I wouldn't worry." Talon said evenly. "Solaris isn't naive. He'll call Poseidon for help if things get over his head."
Quickly pulling away his cloak, Solaris revealed his bright gold and black body as he deftly dived out of the way of that blade. His sun staff appeared at his side, yellow light already gather in the disk as he prepared for a series of rapid blocks that he barely managed to pull off due to Sideswipe's speed. He had only one opening that entire time and he took it by slashing his staff, blade like, against Sideswipe's sword arm.

Sideswipe leapt backwards and crossed his blades together in an 'X' shape to block the staff. He knew he was fast for a two-wheeler, but he was determined not to be beaten. However, one slipup and he would be forced to say hello to everyone's favourite friend: the ground. He pushed back on the attack, forcing Solaris to take a step back and he kicked out at his feet.
Arcee nodded reluctantly, looking on worriedly for her companion. She hardly called him a friend because of his cold personality and brutal combat abilities. Heck, he was the one who trained her up in sword combat and she didn't like him much because of this. Although he had trained her well, she didn't really have a soft spot for him.
Finally, the cloaked figure arrived on the scene and he watched as the arm blades and the staff connected and disconnected with each other. He'd never seen the mechs move so swiftly and so dangerously. However, it seem to him that Sideswipe was on the verge of going on one of his berserk modes and seemed determined to kill the younger mech.
With the way how the crowd was gathered to watch the fight, crowd control seemed to be the best thing for now. Flickering his tail, he started giving out orders to them to stay back.

Solaris's moves were quickly being fueled by more and more of the solid light, using it like plasma to keep Sideswipe backed away from him as he leaped to take the higher ground. Moth like fake wings were already deployed to help gather the needed light as he blasted a larger sphere then the one had originally used into the bladed mech's elbow.
Poseidon watched on, eventually getting the idea the new arrival had. He only had to bark once though, his voice was harsh enough to get the point across. "Back off! Everyone!"

Sideswipe snarled like an animal as he swiped out his right blade and cut the piece of light in half like a knife cutting through warm butter. He ducked the unusual moth things and took another slash at Solaris' midsection. However he missed by mere millimetre, but a slight scrape on the mech's shiney armour was enough to fuel his raging bloodlust. He was more determined than ever to kill Solaris! Soon enough, he would have him begging for mercy like every other Decepticon he'd killed in the past. He will make sure of that!
Arcee instantly recognised that look in her old teacher's optics. "Primus-damnit!" she cried. "You have to stop this now! He'll kill him!"
Once the cloaked figure had backed away the crowd, he heard Arcee's concerned words, but made no move to interfere. He knew it was wrong that if this fight continued, someone was more than going to get hurt. Although he had been ordered by his Prime to ensure that nothing went wrong in any of the regions, he had to make sure that it was really causing a problem. Now, it seemed like it was. Under the hood, blue optics faintly glowing, he glanced at Posiedon to see what he would do.

Poseidon seemed to mimick the snarl, suddenly charging forward with his optics changing from piercing orange and a dangerous blue as he charged forward. Solaris got out of the way as soon as he saw his brother, knowing what was to come. His trident unsheathed, the blue mech lashed out and violently smashed the side of one blade, his powers activation. On contact, the arm blade was liquified and slashed against Sideswipe like mere water. He then kicked the mech's feet out from under him and used the arch between the prongs to pin the silver mech's neck to the floor.

Sideswipe hissed violently, struggling to get out of his predicament. The anger was still there, burning inside him, threatening to surface the monster within his very being until it burst. But when he realised that his efforts were in vain, all fight left him in an a matter of minutes as he submitted to the new attacker. As the war-beast left him, all traces of his original self returned to a confused and obviously annoyed Sideswipe.
"What the frag do you think you are doing to me, youngling?" he huffed. "Get your fork off my throat or I'll do more than slice you."
The cloaked figure took that as his cue to step in. "Sideswipe," he said coolly, "now would be a good time to pick yourself up and leave this area. Optimus has ordered me to find you and send you back to base before you are surely missed." He chuckled at the annoyed look from the silver mech. "Besides, we don't want to, uh, annoy this 'youngling' even further." He lightly winked at the siblings.
"...Who are you?" Sideswipe questioned.
"It doesn't matter," the mech replied. "Go before I stick my sword into your aft and send my transfalcon to watch you until you get back."
"Fine, fine," huffed Sideswipe. "Just tell this screw-loosed youngling to let me up!"
"I wouldn't call him that if I were you, Sideswipe," Arcee frowned.

Poseidon merely snorted, but let him up anyways. "You call me a youngling and yet you act like this to someone you've never met?" He raised a brow at him while Solaris gave him a surprisingly sharp glare for Sideswipe's insult towards his brother, but stayed silent. Warsong was by her mother now, clearly disapproving of Sideswipe.
Talon, however, smiled slightly. "Good to see you at last, Leohawk."

The mech Talon addressed as Leohawk pulled back the hood to show his facial features. "And to you as well, Talon," he smiled back, bowing according to his code. From high above, a gold and silver transfalcon dropped down and perched on his shoulder, twittering softly as Leohawk caressed its head with a finger. "I see you are as marvelous as you ever have been," he joked. "Your family has grown since I last time saw you. Poseidon was only just a youngling when I first met him."
Sideswipe sighed and stood up, bowing his regretably. Arcee half-expected him to not apologise like he always did, but she was in for a bit of a shock. "I apologise for my behaviour. I think its time I quit drinking that high grade. It can release the beast from the past."

Poseidon bowed to Leohawk slightly, smiling. "Thank you, sir." Talon chuckled, giving Leophawk a flattered smile as she stood up to walk over to her boys while Warsong followed.
Solaris shook himself out, smiling like always. "Apology accepted."
"Now that that little mess is over, how about we all walk outside for a bit before you get tossed out, yes?" Talon offered, helping Sideswipe stand up right as he was likely tottering from the high grade.
Poseidon gave the silver mech a respectful look, however. "And I apologize for destroying your blade, sir."

Leohawk nodded. "Take it into stride, young warrior," he told Poseidon. "Learn from it and you will find what you are looking for."
"Agreed," Sideswipe chuckled, accepting the hand and waving off Poseidon. "Don't worry about it. Easily replaced... if you can find the right kind of metal these days. Nothing like it in the world. They were a gift from my brother. Designed to fit my fighting style of course."
Arcee just smiled and walked up beside Sideswipe, catching as he wobbled. "Come on, let's get you out of here before you cause more of a mess."
"Right," Sideswipe laughed. "Wouldn't want the bartender to get pissed, wouldn't we?"

"Indeed." Talon chuckled, leading them all outside. Solaris for all that he was worth looked pretty darn ashamed to be the same color as Sunstreaker, more so after hearing the that blades were a gift. Warsong noticed, and grinning, instantly cuddled the gold mech which naturally reverted him back into his quiet happy kitten state, purring as his sister rubbed his head.
Poseidon bowed, taking the advice to heart and helped Sideswipe out the door.
"So what's been happening since I last brought the kids over?" Talon asked, changing the subject.
